Pamper yourself with a hotel room whose bathroom floors are heated! Great, friendly staff. Great location, if the cabbies can find it Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful rooms. more

Stayed for two nights in August 2009. Hotel is very stylish; rooms are nice with spectacular bathrooms. There is a small (and very cold) outdoor swimming pool on the first floor, next to a bar and restaurant. The hotel is in an upmarket area with some very swish (Gucci, Prada etc) shops around but is a good 10 to 15... more

I took my family to this hotel, and while it has many of the features I would expect from a Park Hyatt - excellent staff, great food, attentive service, I would counsel that there are better options in the city. A few points on the hotel - the pool was not heated during our stay and was freezing. Just not... more

This was literally one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The standard room was beautiful and quite large. The bathroom was amazing--steam shower, heated floors, large bathtub, a separate basin sink with drinking water, etc, etc. We really appreciated all the extras in the room--bathrobes, slippers, a large bowl of fresh fruit on arrival, free DVDs, great bath... more

A perfect hotel in a fascinating city! Everything about the hotel is perfect. The staff is top notch, the rooms are gorgeous, and the location is in a very chic neighborhood. The only negative as others have said, is that no Taxi drivers seem to know where the hotel is, but we were prepared and carried the map we got... more

Fantastic rooms and very reasonable rates! Let down by the lack of a view. We had a room overlooking the pool which is surrounded by offices and residential blocks. The staff were great but be wary of the prices for drinks etc Taxi drivers seemed unaware of the existence of the hotel so guessing it's fairly new as the tend... more

As mentioned by many other reviewers this is one of the best boutique hotels in the world, not just Istanbul. I stay in dozens of hotels every year and this hotel is easily in the top 10 of beautiful small hotels anywhere in the world. The service is excellent. The rooms are stunning, especially the bath rooms. The only downside... more

This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. Very stylish, and the service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. I've read other posts about other hotels and why being within walking distance of historical sights/mosques is so desirable. However, I'd rather be in the Nisantasi neighborhood where... more

I traveled for work but brought my family along (wife and 2 kids) so we made extensive use of the facilities. I must say that It will be difficult to find a better, friendlier service than the one provided by this hotel staff. Everyone (I mean everyone) was very helpful and corteous and extremely polite (they all seem to know... more

A stolen 3 night weekend in Istanbul a few weeks ago at the beginning of May and I could not believe why it had taken me so long to visit this fantastic city. I needed to relax and travelled alone which can, sometimes, be a bit intimidating. I need not have worried! A free night accrued on my Hyatt Goldpassport... more
