I stayed in santa ottoman with my family for one week, everything was perfect; the rooms were very clean (blankets and bathrooms) and smell nice and the staff members were really helpful and freindly BUT we had a problem with the safe it was not working and they tried to fix it but it stayed for the whole week unworking.... more

I stay just one day but the staff was very helpful specially Serapin. I needed to check out later than usual and they didn´t have any problem. I felt like home, the room was very clean and comfortable and the location is really great. I will definetely come back next time I visit Istanbul. more
