We visited the hotel in April 2013. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not great at all. The juice was terrible as well as the coffee... We had to purchase cans of juices instead at a cost of 4lira. Walking distance to the tourist attractions e.g. The Blue Mosque.

We really enjoyed our visit to Istanbul and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raymond Hotel. Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque were all very close, about a five minute walk. Stayed for one week in May 2010. I can highly recommend it to travellers. Hotel staff professional and polite offering superb service. Fantastic dining facility. Excellent location, just minutes from all the attractions in Sultanahmet and beautiful, serene Gulhane Park and amazing views of Bosphorus. Would happily stay there again.
