The hotel is located in very accessible and reasonable location. It is clean. The hotel staff is excellent, very friendly, very cooperative and humble. Lobby is good and spacious. Rooms are reasonable. Good value for money. Lift is narrow. No Air Conditioning.

They double booked our room and declared that it was not their fault. How ridiculous. After a huge arguement, they put us in a different hotel that was close by. This new hotel was completely spotless and serves breakfast. Hotel Samil promised us a discount but did not give one when the bill came up.
