In an underdeveloped area, but not threatening at all, this apartment is exactly what you need to have a nice, cheap stay when travelling in a group of four to 6 people. I spend 3 nights with friends. Large and clean apartment near sights of Sultanahmed. Working Wi-Fi and tv with lot of channels. Apartment was really good for 5 person. Good value for monet.
