I can only assume anybody criticising this hotel stays in some high-level places because I thought it was great. Rooms are small but not cramped, furnishings and fittings are all very nice, the breakfast is good and the gym has 2 treadmills, a walker and some weights. Ok..I made a HUGE mistake of booking a non-refundable room!!! I still regret it, our Istanbul trip was have been much better! Seriously!!! We arrived in IST on a very early flt and reached the hotel @ 8am. I totally understand that they didn't have any rooms as they were fully booked.
