We stayed for three days at the Ciragan Palace and it could not have been a more sublime place to visit. This hotel was absolutely beautiful. My room was wonderful, the lobbies are great, the pool area was lovely, and the view of the Bosphorous was outstanding. However, nearly all interactions I had with staff members were extremely slow by American standards. Check-in took half an hour.
