Traveling to Turkey and looking for an excellent place to stay? You will find Sokullu Pasa Hotel exactly what you are seeking . It is a fine example of an historic Ottoman house, which features modern facilities and excellent services. The hotel building, which was the first built as the house of Sokhollu Pasha, was later restored to become a modern accommodation for visitors. Hotel Sokullu Pasa, featuring typical 16th-century dwellings in its periphery, is at a short distance to the Centrum coastal road and the sea, only a few minutes walk. more » « less

But the moment I walked in, I feel in love with it. The hotel is an old mansion, with very clean... more

Stayed here after the New year period, a lovely and well appointed hotel with all the rooms being renovated to the original ottoman style, with a very high standard. The location is perfect, you can really walk everywhere in Sultanahmet and with a short taxi ride in the evening you can go to the Taksim area, plenty of bars end... more

We enjoyed our stay at Sokullu Pasa. However, we aren't the most picky hotel inhabitants! The rooms are a little worn, but they were clean and we always had plenty of hot water. The staff were kind and accomodating, even helpful. The breakfast was delicious (typical Turkish breakfast), and we loved the breakfast room. The location was good, within easy... more

This hotel is in an old building in the historical part of the city, so if you like modern hotels, it's not for you. Our room was small, the bathroom even smaller but all very clean. We had air conditioning, and windows that opened. It was kept clean and the towels changed each day. The staff were friendly and helpful.... more
