Well located (taksim square), tastefully decorated, hotel employees were very helpful. The view from the top floor (restaurant) is very nice. I do not recommend the set dinner menu (wednesday, friday and saturday). Breakfast is ok although they have no espresso and no real orange juice (surprising for a 4 star). A little noisy though.

Lobby area dark and uninviting were there for 5 night and each day had to get our keys reset seems like it was deliberate that they only last 24 hours. Very clean, service at the front desk was excellent. The staff spoke english well as again were very helpful. Rooms were clean, tidy and the AC worked well. The rooms were very affordable and had great value.

This hotel is a very good location but what a waste of money. I stayed there from 25 to 28 October. Its advertised as a 4 star, nonsense.It doesnt qualify as a 2 star hotel.
