This was our first trip to Turkey and our fist stop was Istanbul and the Sogut Hotel. I read on tripadvisot about the Sogut Hotel and some of the ratings were not good so I contacted the travel agency, Hassle free Travels and the assured me that they often use this hotel and that I will not be disapointed ....

I took a large group (40) to Hotel Sogut in Istanbul for 4 nights.
We arrived at the Hotel Sogut at 8pm on Monday 26th April , I had already called the hotel on Sunday evening to ask if it would be possible for the group to eat in the hotel when we arrived on Monday. I spoke with the...

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Sogut. Having read the reviews, we arrived with some trepidation and were pleasantly surprised. I see here as previews about the hotel some negative comments. When we stayed there we were lucky to have a nice room. It is possible that service problems at the reception continue.
The location is not the best in the Old Istanbul. This hotel is located in a side street. As long as you pay a reasonable price ,...
