We are staying here for a week-long on-site conference (conducted in English), and have had several odd and frustrating experiences with the staff. This is a typical 5* arab hotel: in an european standard, this is a normal 4* - rooms are OK, service is bad, food is average... One major lack is the fact that most personnel (including reception desk) don't speak anything but turkish... English language is very basic, and when you try to ask something out of the ordinary it... more

the worst thing to mention about this hotel is the staff being so impolite and unfriendly,the service is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. the security check at the hotel entrance makes you feel like a criminal and not a guest!!!! more

In Istanbul, where the standard of hotels seems below average compared to other countries, this is a good value hotel. The room is a bit small, but comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Has a big swimming pool inside and outside. Nice large lobby. I enjoyed staying here. more

I stayed 6 nights at the hotel with my wife and son. The hotel itself is a good one. Clean and tidy. I didn't have enough time to stay in the hotel and use its facilities.
