Everything you would expect from a hotel: friendly staff, excellent selection of food for breakfast, clean and nicely presented rooms, centrally located, good facilities. The hotel is centrally situated in the Old City and near the main tourist attractions. There is also an efficient regular tramline nearby. Restaurants abound in the vicinity so be prepared to be hassled for business by the managers as you run the gauntlet to and from the hotel. It was good value, the breakfast buffet was extensive and fairly good. The rooms with tea making kit were excellent. Bathrooms worked. Going out alone at night to eat was not a problem as several restaurants were in the pedestrian road outside the hotel more

We had a warm wellcome at the hotel after, for us , a long night and were very happy to be met at the airport by the pick-up service. Kindly we got a room imediately so we could rest a little before desireing what to do. It is nice to be met so friendly when two ladies are travelling alone... more

What a wonderful city Istanbul. This hotel is perfect for a city break. Staff are most helpful & accommodating, sorted out airport pick-ups for us. Hotel street is pedestrionised & tram stop just a street away. Within walking distance to most sights, pool & sauna included. Would not hesitate to use this hotel again.
