Decent upper class hotel, 3+ I would say, that are trying to cater to the experienced hotel guest with a modern look, but in my sense, it falls short to the finish line in lack of certain things in service and quality. This hotel is pretty outdated and the bathrooms smell. During our 4 night stay here, I believe the smell from the bathroom was due to either the water or MOLD. The hotel itself is in a great location near the shops, metro, taxis and great restaurants, The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is that i didnt quite feel like i was in a 5 star hotel. I would never opt for this hotel if i was travelling for leisure - as the price is too high... more

I was staying at this hotel for 3 nights, it is true the rooms are basic for the price and I wasn't too impressed until I went upstairs on the terrace. This hotel is located centrally in the new city. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent. We had a room with a great view of the city. For what we paid for the hotel it was good value. more

Photos of the hotel looked rather impressive online. However, upon check-in, the room falls short of expectations. First of all, no doubt it has been recently renovated and everything was 'new-ish'.
