this is an older smaller hotel right in the heart of touristy istanbul. less than 5 minutes from the grand bazaar and about 10 minutes from the sophia haggia or from the blue mosque. go up 2 short blocks and you're right on the main drag. catch a taksi from this spot, not from the hotel, or else you'll pay... more

We were forced to stay at this hotel after our original hotel, Hotel Niles, was overbooked. This hotel is most definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stayed here for 2 nights. The experience was nice. The location of the hotel is good although its a bit of a walk up the hill. The Grand Bazaar is 7 minutes walk and the other attractions are 15-20 minutes. The Tramvay runs at a 3 minute walking distance so that can be taken. Rooms are nice and clean with... more
