Much improvement is needed namely in cleanliness and service. I dont know how it was classified as a 4 star hotel. I would honestly rate it 3 stars AT BEST. If you are looking to spend quality time in Istanbul you can find a much better place to stay in. more

It is supposed that the Hoteli 4stars+. I think it is 2 stars. Dirty carpet, bad quality of towels,no bathrobes,no slippers,noisy aircondition ,poor mini bar, bad quality of amenities, bad mattress. No I shall not come back to this hotel again. more
