This is a beautiful hotel. The owner is a very funny flamboyant guy, very nice and hospitable. The hotel is right in the middle of the historic centre of Istanbul. Terrific place, wonderful people, great location. One gripe? The path leading up to the front door looks very dodgy and dirty. It seems as though it would be a simple matter to tidy this up and make it look as inviting as the rest of the place truly is. I can't recommend the place highly enough, otherwise. more
