The only problem with this hotel was the location, it's not easy to walk to any bus/tram station so we had to take a taxi every time we went to the city - and if you plan to save some money for the hotel (because you stay at Ibis) - in the end you loose the good rate by paying... more
The hotel is located at a bad location, not near to center, 15 minutes to airport. Rooms are regular, not small but simple. Receptionist were so rude, he even doensn't look in to your eyes, while he speaks with you. I also missed my flight because of them, they forgot to wake up service in the morning. We stayed at the IBIS Istanbul when arriving in Istanbul for two days before going elsewhere in Turkey.
