We can't understand the good reviews this hotel has received in the past on TripAdvisor - which was the only reason we chose it! This hotel is overpriced, not particularly clean and across the road from two excellent hotels either of which would be a much better choice. The friendliness of the staff does not compensate for the tired rooms,... more

First time to Istanbul, wonderful city!! Hotel was good, but cannot see why it is so popular with Tripadvisor reviewers? It is a good three star hotel, no more. The room was probably the smallest I have ever stopped in! Breakfast was on roof top, it rained the last two days and was quite cold. I realise that for most... more

We stayed at Apex 3 nights . it has a very good location in the quitest part of Sultanahmet. The roof floor using for breakfast but has not a very nice view you just may see some minarets of Blue mosque it doesn't enough for guests.. The staff is very kind. Breakfast was poor. The most important problem rooms has... more

Stayed at this hotel with another couple. We are all well travelled & rated the hotel highly. Ideal for a short break visit., and within easy walking distance of Blue Mosque & good restaurants. The rooms were modest, but clean and the beds the most comfortable we have found in some time. The staff were so friendly & helpful...the owner... more

Booked this hotel based on price and strength of the reviews. I can't fault the helpfulness of staff but this really is not a great hotel. Rooms are very small, we were moved out of the first room which was so small it had a mini wardrobe propped up near the door. Location is fantastic but the hotel is very... more

Nice Turkish boutique Hotel ( seems like there are dozens of these today!) in a good area within walking distance to the major tourist sights. There are manynhotels that have the same amenities and location as this hotel but, what set this hotel is the service. the people working at this hotel are top notch. more

Very nice boutiqe hotel, in the historical centre of Istanbul, in a quite and beautiful little street, only 5 minutes walk from Saint Sofia and the tram stop. The personel is very friendly, kind, willing, helpful, polite. The rooms are very clean with nice decoration. A little bit small but no problem. The breakfast is full of goods, what I... more

A very nice and cozy boutique hotel. As expected, the rooms were relatively limited in space (especially the single ones). However, the friendliness and politeness of the owner and staff were outweighing the space limitations. Very close to the main attractions of the medieval town. Clean and quiet. Maybe the price could be a little cheaper. Still, I totally suggest... more
