it's very close to Selcuk train station and less then 5 mins walk to ptt, bus station, plenty of restaurants. Our room is clean and neat. We do encounter a problem with no hot water in the night. but the staffs are really helpful and attentive. I think it is a convenient choice with reasonable price. 出了車站走不到5分鐘就到了，因為就在鎮的主要道路上，離郵局、銀行、餐廳都非常近，走路去前往Efes的巴士站也大約5分鐘，位置方便且價格划算，晚上洗澡時沒有熱水，但員工很快前來處理且服務態度很好，同行認識的朋友住在hostel一晚也要價25里拉（聽說浴室在外面且熱水非常小），我和朋友一人30里拉就租到這裡的標準2人房，我覺得蠻經濟實惠的。

Hi Guys We didn't stay in this hotel we stayed at the Paris hotel. We did however eat in the restaurant which was good value for money and good honest Turkish food. Group of six friends booked to stay for one night Sept 2012 - rooms were basic but clean - location very good- meals very nice and reasonably priced - staff and owner very welcoming and knowledgeable suggested places to visit - ended up staying two nights - will be going back 2013

Well, we didnt have a good experience there... It's a family business, low cost hotel. Structure is very old and lacks maintenance. Room had a terrible smell and air conditioning was not enough for the cold winter. We had to use 3 blankets and sleep with our clothes on  in order not to feel cold. Bathroom was in very bad... More

This hotel is a good location but there was not hot water for 2 days. I tried to shower at all hours of the day and night and there was never hot water. The owner said it was because people do their laundry in the room but I find it hard to believe that at 1,2, or 3am there still... More

The owners were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of Selcuk which made it very handy for sightseeing, while still quiet at night. The meals, in summer, were outside which made for a very pleasant setting. The rooms were basic and clean, but cheap. I would advise taking an up-grade.

My wife threw out her neck when we stayed here and the owners were very helpful and kind to us. The rooms are simple and clean - about what you would expect for the money. And given the location right in the heart of Selcuk's tourist hub, the rooms are quite quiet.
