This small hotel in a quiet area is like staying in an art museum. Beautifully decorated with a fantastic rooftop restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A top spot and near tourist attractions shopping malls and restaurants.

We recently stayed 2 nights in Hotel Bella, and it is truly a Bella hotel. The rooms, though small, are beautifully appointed with antique furnishings, lots of wood, paintings, crown mouldings.
