We spent one night here before visiting Ephesus. The owner of the pension was a very agreeable, friendly, and helpful man. He makes you feel instantly at home (and also makes one of the better breakfasts we had during our two weeks in Turkey). A wonderful budget place to stay in Selcuk. The staff is very hospitable and will go out of their way to help in any way. Stayed 2 nights here in April 09 after attending ANZAC day celebrations at Gallipoli. It was just great. The price is very convenient and the Hotel is VERY clean. The owner/manager speaks perfect Englih and he is very helpful in providing information aboout the area (Restaurants, car rentals, bus schedules, etc, etc, etc) and he doesn't get a comission from anyone; so his advise is very honest.
