The owners were very accomodating, very helpful to us. The rooms were lovely, with all the amenities necessary. The price was very reasonable. I found this place listed in lonely planet. It is about 3 kilometers from the ancient site of Ephesus and 7 kilometers from Selcuk in Turkey. It is located right on the beach!!!
