A beautiful quiet hotel! If you don't like mass tourismn this is the best place to stay in Bethlehem. It is near the Aida camp and the wall. Also nice to discover the Palestian area from here. Food is good, it may take a little bit long before it is served. The price quality is excellent! Wine is from the... more

Staying in Bethlehem with a group or a pilgrimage is much better than staying in one of the "tourist factories" in Jerusalem more

A beautiful hotel with elegant rooms and sprawling terrace and gardens. Even in the winter it looked amazing. I would love to be there in warmer weather! The highlights for me are the architecture, the comfort of the room, the amazing bar and most of all the attentive service. Yes, there are flaws, but these seem due to the fact... more

We had an overall very nice stay, the food was never hot and the desserts not very appealing but that was the only problem. All the staff were very polite and we had a lovely 4 day stay. more

I have waited many years to stay at the Jacir, having watched it become an important investment to the community of Bethlehem, then be destroyed by the Israelis, and then rebuilt into a fine, historic hotel. It is still in the process of being fully open (health facilities still not finished), but the rooms are excellent, the service outstanding, and... more

The hotel enjoys impressive architecture and grounds and is fantastically well located for sightseeing in Bethlehem, Jerusalem and the surrounding areas. It's clean, well managed and has tons of character in perfect balance with the modern standards you'd expect of a big chain hotel of this standard. We went exploring one night and a member of staff having asked if... more

I stayed here whilst on a pilgrimage & political tour of Palestine. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel and well deserving of its star status. I had a twin shared room, which was lovely and spacious, with a massive telly and very large bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The bed was very comfortable and we recieved a very nice... more

I've just returned from five days at the Jacir Palace hotel, IC, Bethlehem. The hotel magnificent, visually stunning with gorgeous ample sized rooms. This provided an ideal base from which to explore Jerusalem, the West Bank and other holy sites in and around Bethlehem. Breakfast is a well provided continental buffet style spread with cheeses, fruit, pastries etc. Make sure... more

The hotel consists of a nicely renovated family palace, a few modern wings and gardens with a swimming pool. Despite the fact that the hotel is part of the reliable Intercontinental chain, it was a big disappointment: few staff around and very poor service, pool / fitness / spa closed, appalling breakfast buffet in a large ballroom with no view... more
