Property- Old, dirty and falling apart. Although they claim to have been renovated, I would guess they threw some new wallpaper in a lobby that no one every visits and called it a renovation. The staff were the most disappointing thing about the hotel. They didn't know what service means. Also, the internet access was charged at a rate of 5 USD an hour or 20 USD a day when EVERY restaurant in town had it for free!!! I mean who charges for internet these days? We had a nice experience here and loved Eilat in general. Had some of the same problems as others (noisy at night if your room faces the sea, etc.) but the hotel itself was top-notch otherwise. Staff was super friendly and consistently accommodating ; notably the concierge (Daniel) was extremely helpful in booking our tours, dinner resrervations and suggestions, etc.... more

The hotel's facilities are nice enough. There are two pools, which were quite pleasant. The hotel has immediate access to the beach (though it isn't much of a beach). Good solid hotel. Right on the beach which was very nice as it made going from pool to beach a breeze. Beach area itself is not secluded but apparantly most if not all eliat beaches are like that.
