I am a complete snob when it comes to Israeli hotels. I have been to many and have been thoroughly disappointed. When they say they are 5 stars, I have to laugh because they are usually barely 3 stars.. That being said the Eilat Princess was a very good experience for me and my fellow travelers. (my husband, brother in... more

In one sentence: this hotel is poorly run. It seems that the workers and the managers couldn't care less about the well being of their guests - almost as if they are doing their best to ruin their stay. The gym and old wifi are over priced (70 sheks per day for the wifi), the food is mediocre (edible yet... more

It is hard to imagine a more poorly run hotel. We arrived at the end of August after the high season ended, and if this hotel had management, it left along with the tourists. The beautiful lobby masks a facility that is faded and worn. The high-tech elevator system was hard to use and broke down. The room safe must... more

I've never seen a worse value for money. All the staff looked like they were on holiday and taking care of you in the spare time. Everything took one hour: make check-in, have a coffee and so on. Room service could not deliver a breakfast before 7.00, breakfast buffet starts at 8.00. By 8.15 you cannot have coffee, since the... more

Such a brilliant spot, excellent location and facilities. We enjoyed the stay very much despite some small issues ... it seems that during this low season period, management were off also. We stayed 3 nights with an option for 4, however and despite the fact that the occupancy was less than 10%, we had to move over to another room... more

We spent 6 days at the hotel. The service was friendly and helpful especially from reception. Facilities are very good: there is a lovely pool area, well maintained. We would have expected the gym to be included in the rate but you are charged extra. Breakfasts are excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained and there are wonderful... more

I was recently in the Princess for a function. I took one of the new renovated suites (1201) - doesnt have a big balcony like the ones at the back but the new furniture etc and plasma are amazing! I have heard that some of the other suites are a bit naff, but this one was great - modern and... more

We traveled as a group of 9 people to the Princess from August 14th-17th. We had two seniors, a 5 yr old, 3 teens and a 25 yr old. Hotel: Very nice, well kept. We're not the kind of family that complains "There was a spec of dirt in the corner of the bathroom." No we don't care so long... more

At the Porim feast i went with my family to this hotel and as much as my expectation was big so is my disapointment. the hotel's location is very beautiful, but that's all. In the bath's there are no phones like they used to do in other hotels. And they are still using the old method of military blankets with... more

The Princess used to be my favorite hotel in the whole country, and certainly the best in Eilat. Far from the crowds, with its own beach and the most beautiful swimming pool I've ever seen. Then I made the mistake of visiting in the summer when it was absolutelty mobbed with families and their children. The view from the room... more
