This is a lovely boutique, neighborhood hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming as well as helpful and kind. The restaurent downstairs was excellent, for both breakfast and dinner. OK, this is small hotel with some 15 rooms, attentive staff, location in a quiet neighborhood close to the street where it is all happening in Haifa. It looks like someones' big house rather, this gives it a nice homey feeling. Good restaurant downstairs. Breakfast till 12:00 (luxury!). stayed for two weeks in the Villa carmel hotel and a had a great time. The amazing staff which never said no for any request. The bar at the restaurant was great as well and they even purchase special bootle just for me.. Hotel location is in a quiet neighbourhood at the carmel area.

we took a day spa which included a massage, a nice breakfast and a room for the day. the service was great, the rooms are very nice (the hotel includes 15 rooms in total) and the breakfast was great. a great runaway in the middle of the city, between the houses
