The best and amazing and the wonderfull thing is that the hotel is a COMPLETELY non smoking hotel and they enforce it very well!!! it was excelent not to smell nicotin. Except that some little lies: The so called 3 restaurants at the fifth floor are not but one restaurant functions as a breakfast buffet, and in the evening as one... more

The location of the Legacy is great as it's only a short 5 minute walk to the Damascus gate. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and ample parking. Parking for us was an issue as the attendant was very unhelpful and pretended to not know english and we were given the run around for hours. The parking lot was... more

The hotel is not cheap - 150 USD per night for a single room. Since the ranking was quite high on Tripadvisor, I thought it was going to be a nice one. The bathroom is really poor and the room is very basic. Staff were not that friendly, the worst is the hotel tried to charge me $3 for each... more

We visited the city as Easter and Passover were in full swing and hotels were overflowing. We were able to check in early however and found the hotel convenient for walking round the old city. The dining room was fine as far as the food was concerned but the service was very poor verging on chaotic which was annoying after... more

I stayed here for five weeks while on a consultancy in Jerusalem. The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the Old City and convenient to West Jerusalem as well. The hotel promotes itself as a boutique hotel and I think it still has a bit of work to do on that front but on... more

The restaurants and coffee area are wonderful. The fresh salads add a new dimension to most Amerians dining. The chocolate souffle was delicious and the smell devine. The rates are comparable to the Notre Dame and the rooms are much much better. more

SUPER is the only word i can describe my stay in the legacy hotel. very nice modern boutique hotel in the heart of jerusalem, very good service and most important facility in this hotel is the restaurant and the bar. the surprise was the cleanness in the rooms, reception and the toiletes. comparing to israeli and palestinian hotels, the hotel... more

I stayed at the Legacy on the recommendation of a colleague and although the hotel looks very new and attractive on the surface, I found the level of customer service and the quality of the rooms seriously lacking. I expect more when paying more than $100 per night. The room is attractive, but bady designed: there is a sharp-edged door... more

The Legacy is a smart modern hotel, conveniently close to the old city. Our room was large and bright, with a big balcony. Breakfast was good, and served on the top floor of the hotel with wonderful views. We didn't eat dinner but there was a range of sandwiches and salads for a quick bite. Staff were friendly and generally... more

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. A bunch of us were there for a friend's wedding, and they bent over backwards to accommodate our mad demands - eating together as one big gaggle at breakfast, sitting on the balcony to the bar on the 5th floor overlooking the city and drinking into the early... more
