Perfect location, right in the middle of the old centre. Beautiful building like I have never seen before. Nice rooms and a great view from the roof. Also super nice people who work there! They were always very helpful.

There are limited places to accomodate in old city. If you are in low budget Citadel would be a great choose. Very close to all places in old city , Temple mount and Mount of olive. Location is excellent but staff are rude and the beds are riddled with bed bugs. I have been left with massive bites, I also heard other customers complaining about having bed bugs in their rooms also. The rooms themselves are freezing and the bathrooms are tiny.
