Hotel is in an excellent position which is then let down by the disappointing and unappetising food with little variety - has anybody else eaten carrot wrapped in tough beef? The staff was excellent. I was with a large tour group, and everything was handled extremely well. The food and food service were quite good, and there was a large selection of food choices. Our study group was only in this location for one night, but this was a great place to be for that night. The hotel has many places to gather or read and study quietly. The courtyard is also very inviting. The staff were wonderful. more

I was part of a group that traveled to Israel for 3 weeks in March 2009 and part of our stay was at the Knights Palace. The owner of the hotel also owns The Gloria Hotel. Both are great places to stay. The service was great and the accomodations were perfect. I'd recommend both places to anyone. more
