This was our third trip to Israel this year. Last two trips we stayed at the Ramada. It just keeps getting better. We had two renovated rooms and I really loved the large stall shower. The food has always been delicious and plentiful, but this time we enjoyed our breakfast in the renovated dining room. The staff made us feel... more

My wife and I spent a delightful couple of days at the renovated Ramada Jerusalem Hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. I had remembered it as the Renaissance Hotel and was happily surprised to see that the Lobby, Restaurants and main Dining Room were totally redone – new carpets, furniture, even in some places new ceilings and lighting. We were there only for one night. the first room we had was very old and quite smelly. The bathroom was dirty. We asked for a better room and this one had a renovated bathroom, the rest of the room was anyway very old and unpleasant. The swimming pool is big but extremely dirty! The breakfast was also very poor.... more

We had a hard time choosing where to stay in Jerusalem - there are certainly pricey alternatives, but the Ramada Jerusalem was alright. A few notes: 1) The free shuttle is a one-way shuttle. We had a vehicle, so we never used the shuttle. I understand the security reasons behind the one-way shuttle, but not very convenient. 2) Parking was... more

We were in Jerusalem for a week and stayed in the Ramada Jerusalem. We hesitated to go there because the last time we stayed there, there was a lot to be desired. We were thrilled with our stay there. We stayed on the twelfth floor which is now the executive floor. The rooms are redone; very comfortable, everything new, and... more
