This newly built hotel was a revelation. While on a whirlwind 3 week
trip we had little time to reflect before we arrived. After staying
for 5 days in January 2009 it proved to be the most surprising place we stayed at in Israel. Its attached to the Hadassah Hospital at
Ein Kerem, around 10 minutes by car or taxi from the very centre of
Jerusalem.
The setting is beautiful. The hotel is directly above Ein Kerem on a
hillside. The views of the valley and hills are magical and ever
changing. From the lobby, take the time to walk through the forest and
stumble on churches and generally sublime architecture. The Yad Vashem
Holocaust Museum and The Herzl Museum are literally up the road.
Access is easy, especially if you have your own vehicle. Buses and
taxis serve the hotel regularly, as you would expect of a hospital
