Its hard to know where to start. The rooms are small and dirty. The walls are thin. The food is downmarket strict Kosher. It's noisy. The lifts often dont work. First of all they do not know the concept of a "Family Room". In my opinion the family room should accomodate more than TWO people. Yes it only has one bed.
