The room given to us was nice, althought nothing out of the extraordinary. The breakfast was really really great and although the hotel is far from the old town of Jerusalem, it offers a nice view on it. The ambiance/ decor of the hôtel is good.

Stayed with the family for four nights. The hotel is situated looking down towards old city. It is about a seven minute walk to the Zion gate in the old city. Other than the hill it is an easy walk. We stayed in Mount Zion hotel for 3 nights in May 2013 and we've been really unsatisfied with this hotel. Staff is really bad, unhelpful (except if you don't need them...) and their enthusiasm is close to 0! They can ignore you or forget to answer what you asked... Never experienced such a service even in a 2-star and cheap... More

We stayed at Mt Zion fand the first time and were very happy with our choice. It is really a great hotel, located just few minutes walk from the Old City, with lovely pool, nice and clean rooms and very good service. If I would come back to Jerusalem, I'd stay there again.

Lovely hotel.nice gym although equipment old. Nice pool area. Excellent service. Rooms pleasant but didn't like the carpets in the rooms nice common area. Breakfast great . Nice building with a lovely ambience.
