this hotel is history its in east jerusalme up on a mountain very tourist location for christians it has a beautiful view and kind service but not very clean run down and old looking hasnt been renovated for many years. not very well looked after

To begin with the positive: A good location at the mount olive in walking distance to the old city. However on the way back it is very steep up the hill... the rooms and the beds are okay and quiet. amazing view on the whole Jerusalem! a lovely garden outside where you can sit back and have a drink. Free wi-fi in the lobby ( a pity not in the rooms...). Delicious food. Friendly service. I guess everything you need to be satisfied. ;)

I have often wondered if roses have thorns or thorns have roses. The 7 Arches is set in contrast to both the geography and the politics in which finds itself. The service and the food in the restaurant were a wonderful oasis in such a beautiful land of turmoil.
