Somewhat hidden on a side parking spot on the border of east Jerusalem and the old city the location has simple and clean rooms (try to avoid the street side) with a simple breakfast. Staff speak english (but little else) and are generally more or less helpful. Visitors are mostly groups (sometimes from exotic locations) on pilgramage (muslim and christian)
Within walking distance from the Old City, this hotel is excellent for travellers with a lower budget. Yes, it is not a top class hotel, but very neat. I had a comfortable stay there with my group (33 people). Dinner and breakfast is buffet - not a huge variety - but tasty and friendly service. I plan ons staying there...
