I would highly recommend against the Mount Scopus Hotel. The decor throughout is dark, dingy, and depressing, there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the wifi connection in the lobby (there is no internet in the rooms) is unreliable, the food is really bad, etc. I might have lived with all of this, but the real dealbreaker was that... more

Mount Scopus hotel is the one that you get more than what you payed for! It is located at a quite neighborhood just 10 minutes walking distance north of the old city.
