We arrived a group of 60 persons to this Hotel after receiving our keys for the rooms we waited long time after we could obtain an elevator. Rooms normal nothing exhorbitant. Foods completely unsatisfactory. Last time I will visit this hotel.

The hotel web sight promised grate view of Jerusalem. Coming into our room I rushed to the window and found the view of the next door building and a dirty pool. The room was very rundown, old looking. The two beds kept moving apart, and the vent in the shower blew cold air in, instead of drawing air out.
