The room was clean... well only just. Very disappointing especially since we were paying $100 (US) a night. Location is great and thats the only reason that we didn't switch hotels! yes perhaps the hotel is a little worn, but all of the staff more than makes up for it. Very helpful and bending over backwards. They offer all they have and the Ritz it ain't. Been there twice and next week I will be there for a third time more
