As highlighted by other reviewers the strong points of the hotel are cleanliness, service offered by recepcionists which are helpful beyong believing and location (close to the beach, markets and restaurants) Breakfast is average although quite good for Israeli standards. more

We stayed at the Mercure for 3 nights at the start of our trip to Israel and one night at the end. The staff was helpful but the rooms are noisy. More importantly, we needed to use the fold out sofa bed which kept breaking. We asked that the bed be replaced, they kept fixing it. So we figured it... more

This hotel meets the basic requirements most of the time but does not particularly distinguish itself. The double rooms are ok but do not get a triple or quad room because they use a fold-out couch for the extra bed and it is prone to breaking during the night (this happened multiple times in two different rooms & staff did... more

The Good:- The Mercure is a Business hotel 2 streets away from the beach. Having arrived on a long flight the receptionist was very pleasant and checked me in. The room I stayed in had a view of the beach and was spotlessly clean. Free wireless connection is provided and there is a small fridge in every room - a... more

I stayed here following a disastrous night at the Metropolitan. I was pleasantly surprised having stayed at very average Mercure hotels in europe before. My room was clean, smelled lovely and was not tired in the least. there was an LCD tv (although sound was a bit dodgy) and empty fridge that you could pay for the hotel to fill... more

We booked a last-minute stay New Year's weekend and we're so glad we did. The hotel is a block from the beach, WiFi is free, and the buffet breakfast (included in the room rate) is delicious. The concierges were all friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. Also, the design is quite chic! more

I stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel for buisiness. I was on the 10th flour, what is supposed to be the executive floor. except the bed that was a king size bed, the rest of the room was small. the shower was extremely tiny and the seiling was few centimers from my hairs. the view was not really pretty... more

The hotel is well situated just off TA's beachfront area. Although the building looks very 1970's, the inside is completely modernised. The room was clean and had all the bits and bobs - an LCD tv, aircon, a fridge for our use, a great clean and shiny bathroom, etc. There was also a safe in the cupboard which is nice... more

The Mercure B&P Tel-Aviv was a great hotel to stay in. the fact that the hotel is brand new (opened in June 2006) makes it even better to know that you're staying in a modern hotel with all the benefits you can get (wireless Internet, gym). The room was great with parquet flooring and LCD TV. the Breakfast was tasty... more
