The hotel itself and location are okay. But the staff is pushy and expected to be tipped. I believe that it is because the salaries are low although the JD is equal to the EURO so we felt compelled to do. The room cleaner was a guy (like everywhere in the Middle East) and the bath had hairs when we entered the room!! I tipped the guy and it didnt get better.

The restaurant staff sauf few ones were very lost and breakfast was a mess. They didnt know what to do when full and having more people waiting to be sitted. Bad management really. And I was there for 1 week and it was like that every day!

I had my 2 years old with me while my husband was in business and there was no children facilities whatsoever, to babychange in any toilets nor space to play or playground. I understand that is a business hotel but it could offer a minimum for families.

My suggestion, not for families and just go there for business,if you smoke at lot and like to tip everyone and all... more
