central location: a taxi is easy to catch, city bus nearby, the 2 main bus stations (to North and South of Jordan) are reached in 10 min (by taxi). staff at the reception speak fluent English. it's actually pretty hard to find such a good service in Amman downtown. I can only recommend it!
