The hotel is very comfortable with great restaurants and a good location. Fadi, the hotel manager, provided outstanding service during our three day stay including taking time to drive us to his tailor so my boyfriend could get a suit jacket tailored in time for new years, making restaurant reservations and assisting with New Year's and follow on travel plans.... more

I agree with previous raters of this hotel. I have stayed there numerous times on business trips to Amman and always find it a very pleasant place to stay and good value, located in a quiet neighborhood close to other restaurants and some shops that is pedestrian-friendly. The Japanese sushi restaurant on the top floor has a spectacular view of... more

Stayed ay the AlQasr for one night in October. Found the room to be very well appointed, clean and spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. We felt breakfast was a bit of a let down after the very high quality of the room, though we ate late in the morning and everything was looking tired. These really were minor... more

i absolutely love this hotel! friendly staffs and the great location overseeing the city (please get the upper floors). a supermarket is very near as well as the affluent Shmeisani business district for some nightlife activities ie. cafe and shisha. beside this hotel is a chinese restaurant which has very good food and competitive price.taxis are everywhere but a word... more

This isn't a big hotel, so the staff know you and can help. The rooms, bedroom and bathroom, are clean and spacious and attractive. Beware the nightclub! We're just on the first floor, so we could hear the thumping beat late at night - you might want a higher floor. The Chinese restaurant just across the street is a nice... more

Recently traveled to Amman with a friend for a 4 day get-away vacation. Our visit was in late January, so it was the low season and the hotel was at low occupancy. A local travel agent recommended the hotel based on our requests for: (1) a good location for two western travelers in our late-20s (2) comfortable up-market, but not... more

Nice and Calm place. We were during last days of Dec, 2008. Rooms are clean and spacey enough. Restoran is good. Personal is frendly. Very good place for families, couples and budget tourists. Recommended. more

I stayed at this hotel for just one night in February 2008 and was very much impressed. The room in itself was nothing special (deluxe room) but was very clean and had enough space for bags, etc and moving around. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The hotel's bar/sushi bar on the 7th... more

This hotel has an excellent location, in a central but leafy and quiet neighbourhood. There is a large supermarket only a minute`s walk away which proves handy as it is open until midnight and makes more sense to stock up on water there rather than ordering it from room service (or any food for that matter from the rather pricey... more

My friends convinced me to stay in this hotel. They booked everything and on my arrival the staff was extremely friendly, I got upgraded to a large room on a high floor with one of the balconies. The staff is great, breakfast is very good and you have to visit the restaurant on the top floor. Great food with a... more
