“You will be charged $20 per day just to access the WIFI ! Its not free”

Free WiFi access is pretty much standard in quality hotels. Guests already pay a premium price to stay at a good hotel and even average hotels and restaurants in Amman offer free wifi access for multiple devices instantly on request. Its just baffling why the Hyatt charge guests $20 a day to access wifi. This is something I now check... More

“Cleanliness is the only issue”

In-room dining food is plain bad and not at all fresh, they should really pay more attention to this because I got food poisoning straight after eating their ice-cream! cleanliness is also an issue, the rooms are not properly cleaned, dust is everywhere, carpet not vacuumed, smudges in the bathroom floor from the day before still shows after they supposedly... “Rundown property in need of some TLC”

Spent 1 night at this place and will never go back. The rooms are rundown, bathrooms in need of a good clean and maid service should be instructed not to bang the doors shut during their evening rounds - which for some strange reason takes place between 10pm-11pm. All in all it was a bad experience.

“Good place in Amman”

The hotel has renovated the rooms recently, breakfast is great! dinner is good (but expensive if compared to the restaurant ouside the hotel) service is professional and efficent. And not too much expensive considering the level of the hotel.
