Let's start with the positives: 1.Friendly staff who speak extremely good English 2. Excellent location (if you don't mind a bit of noise) Negatives: 1. We reserved a double room over a month in advance and got a room with 3 single beds. 2. The bathrooms were pretty grubby, and I've stayed in a lot of budget hotels in developing... More

This hotel is very low priced, so my expectations were low to begin with. However, I did think that there would be hot water in the showers (to be fair, sometimes there was lukewarm water, other times the water was completely cold). Towels are provided but they are very small half-size towels so bring your own! The lobby is a... More

The rooms are in a bad state, the breakfast was the poorest I had during my trip in Jordan. The fotos on some hotel booking websites do not correspond to the reality. In other hotels nearby you get the same quality for less money.

This hostel is quite bad! the cleaning ladies never actually "clean", and the hostel is extremely dirty. Especially the showers! it is REALLY REALLY dirty! The showers are grey of dirt! It was quite difficult for me going to shower because I didn't want to get dirtier! The rooms are dirty and old, gloomy and quite dark! It was really... More

We stayed here for a six days during our trip to Amman before we head south to Petra and then to Israel. Location is definitely the strong point for this place. Its right in downtown, so it allows us to stroll around markets and look for cheap eats after we finish with the day trips. Plus the staff are pretty... More

I stayed here for 4 days during a backpacking trip before a journey to Iran. I found the hotel from lonely planet book that I bought before the trip. Generally, what I need was only a room to put my bag, having shower, and rest. Because most of the time I was away visiting tourist spots around Amman; roman amphitheater,... More

This is a backpacker hotel, so do not expect luxury. But it is very conveniently located, the staff is helpful and efficient and the breakfast is OK. If you are going to Madaba they have a hotel there for the same price, transport included, which is a really fantastic deal.

Location is great- down town Amman (Ballad) Staff try thier best to help you. WiFi was poor, not until 4AM which I have able to access Internet- seems like no one is using by that time. Room was way bellow my expectation, it was old and looks dirty and aircondition cannot keep the room cold. Good thing is the bed... More

Great location, you can walk to the roman theatre and citedal. Hotel very basic and not that clean. Some staff at reception were really helpful and others not so much. I couldn't book any tours with them as there were never enough people, which probably worked out better in the long run as its much cheaper going with local buses.
