We stayed one night in this hotel coming from Wadi Rum. The staff took our luggage with a trolley but we understood that reception people did' nt agree with that ? (arabic discussion we did not understand). Room was pleasant with A/C, televion and fridge. Bathroom needed a bit of vacuum cleanner due to the sand remaining from others guests.... more

Very nice hotel right in the center of Madaba. Clean, nice rooms. Decent reakfast. However, booking.,com listed this hotel as having a free airport shuttle which is NOT TRUE. This hotel was fine for its price range and very well located. Slightly dated decor and the bathroom fixtures were a bit broken and shabby however it was clean and comfortable and my room had an excellent view of the Church of St.George (houses the famous Mosaic Map) which was just across the road from the hotel. more

The Madaba Inn Hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were comfortable and mine had an outlook onto the famous church. The staff spoke enough English to be able to direct us to an excellent and inexpensive restaurant which was an easy walk. We felt very safe at this hotel. more

Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms smell badly, there is no hot water day or night so no shower, curtains are broken and television doesn't work. Come for the day; you can see all the sites in 4 hours and leave. more
