The free breakfast is awesome, rooms are large, clean, they clean them everyday, internet is fast. Location in Juffair is excellent. Walking distance to fast food restaurants and to the Grand Mosque. more
Had to stay in the hotel due to business commitments, booked online and was happy with the spec as seen. However... Required non-smoking room (as advertised) and single King size bed, - The hotel location is in yet one more hotel building zone, typical of the Gulf States now, so older taxi drivers may get lost (deliberately?) trying to navigate... more
My husband and I stayed at the panorama for 5 days and everyday we noticed how dirty the place was. They NEVER vacuumed anything, anywhere! We had to call down to the front desk twice just to get some toilet paper. As for room service, the pancakes were so dense and rubbery you could probably play basket ball with them.... more
