Stayed at Elite One for 7 days over Xmas period 2006, there is a plaque at the main entrance stating that " this is the most luxurious apartment in Bahrain" some people have the nerve! We experienced a string of problems from day 1: customer service is very poor, ignorant and unhelpful staff, no extra key allowed even though we were 3 people, CD/DVD player not working, oven not working, cold room when we complained we were provided stained/dirty blankets. The place is infested with cockroaches and the hotel is trying hard to eradicate it so be ready for the fumigation smell. To top it all we spotted a big rat outside the main entrance, luckily we were staying on 3rd floor!
Verdict: avoid it like the plague!!!!
