I had to stay there for 4 days. I got the room from the new side of the hotel. The carpet in the room was terrible light color had large stains. The lights were out of order. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast and the service at the breakfast was very very poor. There were 10 waiters without doing anything.... More

I stayed in this hotel for 13 days from 25-june to 07-July for a business purpose. The rooms are good. Clean. Hot water available. Internet is poor. No connection at room. You have to go to lobby for Intenet. Its very slow. Only two English channels available. CNN, BBC. Dont ask anything else. Cutomer Service is very poor. Because of... More

I asked to be moved in the new area, and the overprice of 50$ was worth. Nice new room, clean, soundproof. the only Restaurant... More

The Tehran Grand probably *was* grand 10 years ago but its faded glory now and the rooms are in need ot a update. Crowded hotel, popular with european buisinesspeople. Rooms vary, but are clean and ok. Elevators do not always work... Ok breakfast in the basement, for other meals go elswhere. Possibility for exchaning dollars in the lobby, but you have to be there early. Staff is ok, but their knowledge of english varies. More
