the location of the hotel was the best feature, lots of cafe's and resturants nearby nice breakfast, hot cofee the room's floor was not that clean also was the bathroom's bathtub more
Is it just coincidence that three people giving this hotel 5 stars came from Lebanon and the Middle east ? It is at best a 3 star hotel! Its one of the best hotels we stayed in till now. The location in Centre of Hamra is great you can go anywhere very easily. Staff is so friendly especially the houekeeping they always greet you with a smile everytime you pass by any of them in the corridors. which make your morning when you wake up such a pleasent... more

was bad hotel indeed because I rubbed in my room when i put my money in safe box and i am shocked and get crazy and was the reaction of hotel management very unhelpful more

I have addressed the late delivery of the iron and the delay in the internet service with the people concerned in the hotel, and would like to assure you that this is against our standard. I've stayed in this hotel many times. All of them were short stays (1 to 3 nights).
