Very genuine boutique hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. Stayed in the Palm Beach for one week, and will not consider staying anywhere else in the future. The staff were more than helpful, and were always happy to greet us with a smile. Rooms were a decent size, with a spacious bathroom. This is one of those hotels... more

We stayed at the palm beach as we wanted to go to a bouique hotel. Not super impressed. Pool is nowhere you would want to be- stinks of alcohol from the bar the night before and is a but run down overall. Location was not good for us as it is not really near anything- you cannot access the beach... more

We decided to stay at the Palm Beach Hotel from the previous positive reviews it had received. The room was a deluxe room but in my opinion was very average. The bathroom was tired with mouldy tiles and the towels had seen better days (I don't think we had a towel for the whole duration which didn't have any holes... more

First time in Beirut. REserved a room (paid extra) for a sea view room but could only see the sea through a binocular if I hung out of the balcony!! Towels were stained and more yellowish than white. Forget the breakfast. Got a wake up call only once as they forgot. Had a 0400 flight so tried to sleep early... more

For 220 USD you get a "sea view" room. This means if you go out on the balcony and crane your neck you can barely see the marina... For 220 USD you also get a room where you will not be able to sleep before 2 to 3 am because the sound from the rooftop club is so deafening. more

great stay. hotel is small enough that the staff get to know you. breakfast was included and was very good; a combo of French pastries and Lebanese foods. Only draw back, noisey at night on the weekends. more

We stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel for three nights (11th to the 14th of July). What we liked: -location -friendliness of the hotel staff -comfortable beds -cozy room and room decor -the restaurants -Bubbles, the roof top bar (the original Sky Bar) What we didn't like: -nothing really Overall, we would stay here again and do recommend this hotel. more

The hotel is a little small but has very elegant rooms. I really suggest you take sea view room because they are better furnished. What I like the most about the hotel is the delicious breakfast with fantastic view over the Mediterranean. Moreover, the roof top outdoor pool is amazing with great view, but a Little small. The hotel's location... more

We booked our 4 nights stay on the hotel website and also booked the hotels airport transfer for our arrival, however we weren't met! Our mobile phone wasn't working so asked at a nearby hotel desk for them to call the hotel, who told us they didn't have a transfer booking for us although it showed on our reservation! Waited... more

This is an excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and pleasant public areas. There is a lovely roof-top pool with amazing views and a marvellous bar area just below. The hotel restaurant serves very well cooked, delicious indian food. It is quite expensive but it is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. more
